– Remove bolts -3-.
– Remove brake caliper from vehicle.
Installing
New-generation brake pads
Make sure the brake pads are installed in the correct position. The
brake pad with wear indicator is located on the inside. The cham‐
fered side of the brake pad -arrow- faces downwards when in‐
stalled.
– Install brake caliper.
– Secure brake caliper with new bolts -3- (196 Nm).
Always use new bolts -3- ⇒ ETKA .
– Connect brake line to brake caliper and tighten connection (19
Nm).
Brake line -5- must be seated in bracket.
– Connect and clip in pad wear indicator wire.
– Install brake pads ⇒ page 95 .
