The hydraulic control unit is fitted on the left-hand side of the en‐
gine compartment.
WARNING
Do not bend the brake lines.
– Note or request radio code on vehicles with coded radio if
necessary.
– Disconnect battery ⇒ Rep. gr. 27
– Remove rubber seal -1-.
– Detach plenum chamber cover. ⇒ Rep. gr. 50
– Remove hexagon bolts -1- securing coolant expansion tank.
– Unplug connector from coolant expansion tank.
– Move coolant expansion tank clear to one side.
