Grounding
The grounding is essential for flow measurement.
The most effective grounding method is direct connection to earth ground with
minimal impedance.
For the grounding terminal, carry out grounding work (grounding resistance 100Ω or
less) according to Figure 3-2 or Figure 3-3. Do not ground internal & external at the
same time.
