STARTUP
DANGER!
Risk of serious damage!
- It is forbidden to short-circuit,
change or remove the safety
equipment from the
manufacturer.
- For accident and damage prevention observe the
safety instructions earlier in the manual (chapter
2).
Preparation
Start the engine
1. Make sure all the doors and protective parts are in the closed position.
2. Turn the main switch to the I-position. The machine is turned on.
3. Turn on the tap with a handle on it (fig. 56, pos. 1).
4. Press the Start button.
The machine is started.
The safety equipment checked
Follow the following steps with all the safety equipment (see ‘Safety equipment’):
5. Start the machine, if applicable
6. Activate the safety equipment (e.g. press the EMERGENCY-STOP bar
or open a protective part)
The machine must stop!
7. Place the safety equipment back in the operating position (e.g. put the
protective part down again)
8. If the safety equipment did not stop the machine when moved:
-Press the Stop button
-Find the cause and adjust
-Check the safety equipment again
To turn the machine off
9. Press the Stop button
