FEEDING THE MACHINE
WARNING!
Risk of cut injury, stinging and jamming!
During feeding bear in mind especially:
- The conveyor belt
- Eye spikes
- To wear appropriate protective gloves
- To use ear protectors
Feeding the machine
1. The fish is taken from the tray and placed on the conveyor belt, with its
back onto the back of the drawer (the stomach facing the processing
area).
2. The operator pulls the fish by its snout towards himself with the left hand
and places the lower eye on the eye spike.
The eye spike pierces the fish through both eyes to gain most control of the
fish.
3. Check the result and adjust the
machine if needed
