LOWER DE-HEADING KNIFE IS-28S
Movement direction
The knife rotates with the movement
direction of the fish (fig. 29, white
arrow)
Type of thread
Left-handed (knife nut with a notch)
Position
The phase knife rotates towards the drawers
Remove the middle table
- Take the set screw off
with a screwdriver (fig.
30, in red)
- It is not necessary to
loosen the other two
screws (fig. 30, in blue)
- Slide the middle table
along the machine and
then lift it (fig. 30, in
yellow)
It is possible, if needed, to remove two drawers
- Adjust the machine to the slowest speed (see chapter 8)
- Start the machine (chapter 7.6) until the drawers with lock holes face the
operator. Stop and lock the machine. Loosen the screws and push the
drawers until the screws come out through the lock holes. Remove the
drawers.
- Let the machine run until the waste comes to the processing hole.
