LOWER DE-HEADING KNIFE IS-28
Movement direction
The knife rotates with the movement
direction of the fish (fig. 28, white arrow)
Type of thread
Left-handed (knife nut with a notch)
Position
The phase knife rotates towards the drawers (fig. 28)
Assembled and disassembled
Hold the knife axis firmly with a 36 mm spanner and loosen or tighten the knife nut
with a 36 mm spanner.
WARNING!
If the knife nut is suddenly loosened, it can cause injury to the
hands on the cutting edge
- Always squeeze
spanners together to get
a grip on them!
- Never pull spanners in
separate ways when
tightening or loosening the knife nut!
- Always use knife gloves!
