Prerequisites for working with knives
- The machine must be thoroughly cleaned,
see ‘Cleaning’
- The main switch in the 0-position and locked,
see ‘Safety’
Bear in mind especially the direction of
rotation of knife nuts and axes. Left-handed
nuts are identified with notches on the edges
(fig. 25).

The phase knife rotates towards the
drawers (fig. 27)
Assembled and disassembled
Hold the knife axis firmly with a 36 mm
spanner and loosen or tighten the knife nut
with a 36 mm spanner.
WARNING!
If the knife nut is suddenly loosened, it can cause injury to
the hands on the cutting-edge.
