SPIKE PRESS
Spike press (fig. 15, in
yellow) ensures the
pressure on the eye pins
while they move along
the knife. The pressure
is kept up by air jacks
and is controlled with the
pressure regulator in the
toolbox (see ‘Control Panel, Air Board’).
OTHER CONTROLLERS
On the way to the processing area there
are controllers (fig. 16 and 17)
positioning the fish correctly. These
controllers must be correctly adjusted
with appropriate air pressure on the jack
(see ‘Control Panel, Air Board’).
