Lubrication
Lubricate the machine daily.
The machine must always be lubricated after cleaning; this way unwanted water is pressed out of the
bearings.
The machine is lubricated with BAADER-Spezialfett GLS 380/N3. This grease is accredited in
accordance with USDA-H1.
INSTRUCTION
If other lubricants are used (see table 15), it may cause
disturbances in operation of the machine!
- Use only clean lubricants! Therefore all
the lubrication equipment (grease cup,
grease can’s nozzle, manual spray gun
and clutch, if applicable) must be free of dirt!
- The pressure limit of lubricants at the grease can’s
nozzle must not exceed 150 bars!
- For hygienic reasons all the excess of all lubricants
must be cleaned on all grease cups and lubrication
areas!
Information on lubricants
- Lubrication time: 8 running hours
- Lubricants: Hochlastfett GLS 380 N. This lubricant is accredited in accordance
with NSF-H1.
