(Explanation of fig. 44b)
1. Emergency stop. Activated once it is pressed and inhibits the operation of the
machine. It is necessary to turn the emergency stop push button clockwise in
order to reset the safety circuit and start the machine.
2.
i) White light. When the light is on the machine is turned on and the safety
circuit is closed. This implies that all the covers are closed,
motor phases are correct, and the main switch is on (set on I).
ii) Push button that resets the safety circuit once it is pressed, only necessary
to press if the safety circuit was not closed. Resetting takes 8 seconds,
if the button is pressed again before the machine resets the resetting
process restarts.
3. Push button starts the machine if the safety circuit is closed.
4. Push button stops the machine.
5. Lights that indicate which protection sensor is disconnected if the safety circuit is
not closed.
6. Push Button increases the speed of the conveyor. Must be pressed repeatedly,
cannot be held down.
7. Push button decreases the speed of the conveyor. Must be pressed repeatedly,
cannot be held down.
