If the camera’s actual frame rate is higher than the maximum
recommended frame rate, the smearing will return. When
you exceed the maximum recommended frame rate by a
small amount, the upper part of the image will show partial
smearing (Figure 3-12). As the frame rate is increased, the
smearing will become worse.
