5.8.3 Response Times
Response times for the output lines on the camera are as shown in Figure 15.
Time Delay Rise (TDR) = 1.5 µs (typical)
Rise Time (RT) = 1.0 - 2.0 µs (typical)
Time Delay Fall (TDF) = 40 µs (typical)
Fall Time (FT) = 5 - 10 µs (typical)
5.8.4 Assigning a Camera Output Signal to an Output
Line
To make a physical output line useful, you must select a source signal for the output line. The
camera has several standard output signals available and each signal can be selected as the
source signal for an output line.
For more information about assigning a camera output signal to an output line, see Section 6.2 on
page 49.
The response times for the output lines on your camera will typically fall into the
ranges specified above. The exact response time for your specific application will
depend on the external resistor and the applied voltage you use.
