4.20 Programmable I/O Pins
The SC1x3 provides 31 individually programmable I/O pins. Each PIO can be programmed with the attributes
function (enabled/disabled) and direction (input/output). Each PIO has a weak internal pullup resistor.
PIOs as input have Schmitt Trigger features. PIOs that programmed as output can drive 4mA (see chapter
8.2.4). During and after reset, all PIO pins are set to PIO as inputs with pull-ups by default.
