The inputs are considered active if voltage to ground <1.9V or resistance to ground <375 Ω. These
inputs are considered inactive if voltage to ground is 11-33 VDC.

Outputs a 1ms ± 1µs wide pulse once every 1.0 Second ± 2 ms. Output sources 1 mA at >3.8 V and
