MicroFlo Select Microplate Dispenser
Using the BioStack
  Dispenser Action Menu> BIOSTACK
If you have purchased BioTek’s BioStack™ Microplate Stacker to operate with the
MicroFlo, follow the instructions in your
BioStack Operator’s Manual to set it up to
interact with the dispenser.
After installing the BioStack to operate with the MicroFlo, use the MicroFlo’s menu to:
 Configure: tell the MicroFlo to use the BioStack.
 Align: align the BioStack’s gripper with the MicroFlo’s plate carrier.
 Verify: test the setup.
Set the MicroFlo to use the BioStack:
After installing the BioStack, tell the MicroFlo to use it to process plates:
1. At the main menu, press  twice to get to the Dispenser Action Menu
2.
Select SETUP
3. Select BioStack
4. Select Conf0.

CONF ALIGN VERIFY

5. At the Operating Mode menu, select BioStack.
Repeat these steps, except select
Manual, to run the MicroFlo without the BioStack.
Align the BioStack with the MicroFlo:
The BioStack’s installation instructions include an alignment step. Use the MicroFlo’s
menu to access the BioStack Alignment Utility:
1. At the main menu, press  twice to get to the Dispenser Action Menu

Select SETUP
3. Select BioStack
4.
Select Align0.
Follow instruction provided in the BioStack Operator’s Manual.
