Power ON/OFF - Printer not working
Printer does not power up when
turned on.
Battery pack is not charged. If using batteries, replace with 6
new AA batteries.
OR, if using the lithium ion battery,
remove the battery from the printer
and recharge using the AC adapter.
To use the printer while charging
the lithium ion battery, insert 6 AA
alkaline batteries in the battery
compartment.
Screen freezes User interface error.
1. Press Power button to turn the
printer off.
If Power button does not shut down
printer:
2. Remove the AC adapter (if
using one).
3. Remove the battery pack, or
batteries, then immediately re-
insert.
4. Power ON the printer.
LCD reads “Error” Battery is low.
Not using correct media.
If using batteries, replace with 6
new AA batteries.
OR, if using the lithium ion battery,
remove the battery from the printer
and recharge using the AC adapter.
Insert correct media cartridge.
LCD reverts to previous label text. Battery is low. If using batteries, replace with 6
new AA batteries.
OR, if using the lithium ion battery,
remove the battery from the printer
and recharge using the AC adapter.
