Optional: Power off the device. Enter the sysshutdown command and wait for the device to power down, and then unplug the
power cord. See Powering Down the Device.
Shipping Carton Contents
When unpacking the device, verify that the contents of the shipping carton are complete. The shipping carton should
contain the following items. Save the shipping carton and packaging in case you must return the shipment.

The Brocade switch
•
An accessory kit containing the following items:
–
RJ-45 to DB9 cable/adapter
–
Two 1.82m (6 ft) power cords
–
Optical transceivers, includes the following optics:
•
16x SWL (Open Systems) or LWL (Mainframe) 64G optics
•
4x 10GbE SR optics (supporting 10GbE and 1GbE speeds)
•
4x 25GbE SR optics (supporting 25GbE and 10GbE speeds)
•
2x 100GbE SR4 QSFP optics
NOTE
Transceivers are shipped in the accessory tray.
