When the upper shaft pulley is turned
slowly by hand, does the voltage
across pins 2-1, pins 4-1 and pins 5-
1 of CN1 (S2) or CN2 (S3) on the
main PCB assy. vary 0-5V DC?
Are the resistance values for the
start/stop switch, backstitching switch,
needle lifter switch normal?
• Switch resistance values
When switch is pressed ... 1Ω or less
When switch is not pressed ... ∞
