4-1. Types of applications
You can create print data by either "using Brother products" or "using other applications". Select applications to use
depending on your needs.
You are recommended to use Brother product applications as far as possible. If you want to use other applications,
however, you are recommended to use one of the three recommended applications to achieve high-quality print results.
This chapter describes the procedures for using other applications.
