Oil Filter / Oil Pump
Remove the oil filter / holder, the plate and the inner / outer
oil pump from the crankcase.
Intake Manifold / Thermostat
1. Remove the four bolts, the intake manifold and the gas-
ket.
2. Take out the thermostat.
Cylinder Head / Valve / Rocker Arm
1. Remove the four bolts, the cylinder head cover and the
gasket.
NOTE:
Make sure that the piston is at the TDC position on a com-
pression stroke. (See page 2-10) Use an 8mm 12 point
socket.
2. Loosen the four cylinder head bolts in the order indicated
and remove the bolts.
3. Remove the cylinder head assembly from the cylinder
block.
