8.5.2 Adjusting the tilt stops (0840)
1. Park the truck on a level surface.
2. Measure the distance between the tilt stop and the floor (max. 15
mm).
3. If the distance between the tilt stop and the floor is greater than this,
the distance of the stops must be adjusted.
4. Lift up the rear edge of the truck using a jack and place a wooden
block under the support arms to prevent the truck from tipping over.
5. Remove the screws (d), tilt stop (c) and shims (b).
6. Re-shim the stop so that the distance between it and the floor is as
close to 15 mm as possible. The distance may not exceed 15 mm.
7. Refit in reverse order.
