16 Chapter 3 CS 3500 Software Overview
• Guidance: Select to enable the guidance systems.
• Feedback: Select to enable the projection light and the LED ring surrounding the
acquisition button. These indicators tell you whether the last image was acquired
correctly (green) or if you need to reacquire the image (orange).
• Guide: Select to enable the projection light, LED ring, and the alignment guide. These
indicators guide you in acquiring your next image by helping to ensure the correct amount
of overlap with each image. A green indicator means you can proceed with the
acquisition; an orange indicator means there is not enough overlap or the angle of the CS
3500 is incorrect.
• Capture Beep: Select to enable a beeping sound each time a scan is attempted.
• Enable Image Review: Select to display color images immediately after an acquisition.
• Default Acquisition Mode: Select the jaw you will always scan first.
