1.Starterswitch
Thisswitchhasfourpositions,“On”(contact),“Start”
(engineignition),“Off”(engineshut-down)and“Acc”
(accessorycurrentsupply).
NOTICE:Whenthestarterswitchkeyisin“On”(con-
tact)position,iftheanti-theftprotectionhasbeenpro-
grammed,thenitwillbenecessarytoenterthecode.
Themessage"Password"willbedisplayed.(Refer
topage4-4).
NOTE:Thiskeyisalsousedtolockthecabdoor,
theenginehood,thefrontstoragecompartment,the
sidedoorsandthefueltankcap.
2.Engineaccelerationbuttonandworkingmodeselec-
tor
Thisbuttonenablesanincreaseorreductioninthe
enginespeed.
Thisbuttoniscoupledwiththethreeworkingmode
selector.
Mode“A”(automatic)whentheenergyoutputhas
priority.
Inthismode,thebalancebetweenthespeedand
energyoutputiscontrolledforeachmovementofthe
controls.
Mode“H”fordifcultexcavationworkoriftheload
increases,andmode“SP”whentheoutputhaspri-
ority.
Eachselectedmode(A,HorSP)isdisplayedonthe
screen.
NOTE:Toselectthe“SP”mode,operatetheindexing
pinwhilerotatingtheaccelerationbuttontotheright.
NOTE:Ifthereisnochangeinenginespeed,press
andreleasetheengineautomaticidlespeedselector.
3.Engineidlespeedselector
Thiscontrolenablesautomaticengineidlewithout
operatingthethrottlebutton.
Toselectidlespeed,pressandreleasethecontrol
fortheengineautomaticallytogointoidlespeed;
the"Engineidling"iconwillappearonthemessage
screens.
Whenthecontrolispressedandreleasedoncemore
theenginewillreverttoitsoriginalspeedandtheicon
onthesystemsdisplaypanelwilldisappear.
4.Armangleadjustmentlever
Thisleverisusedtoadjustthecontrolarmtilttosuit
theoperator.
Pullthelevertotherightandholditinthisposition,
tiltthecontrolarmtotherequiredpositionandthen
releasethelever.
NOTICE:Theadjustmentofthecontrolarmmustbe
donewiththeenginestopped.
5.Travelcautionalarmswitch
“Cont”positionthealarmsoundswhenthetravelcon-
trolsareactuated.
“Autooff”position,whenthetravelcontrolareactu-
ated,thealarmsoundsfor10secondsandthenstop.

Thispre-equippedcompartmentisprovidedforin-
stallinga24Vvehicleradio.
