1.Parkthemachineonat,horizontalground.
2.Movethemachinesothatplug(1)isinthelowest
possibleposition.
3.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
3.Slowlyloosentheairbleedplug(3)toreleasethein-
ternalpressureofthecase.
4.Removetheplug(2)andchecktheoillevel.Thelevel
mustcomeuptothebottomedgeoftheport(2).If
necessary,addoilthroughthisorice(2)untilthelevel
comesuptothebottomedgeoftheorice.Remove
theplug(2)andchecktheoillevel.
Ifnecessary,addoilthroughport(3)untiltheoilcomes
uptothebottomedgeofport(2)
5.Insertlevelplugs(2)and(3)withsealtapewrapped
aroundthem.
6.RepeatSteps2to5fortheothertravelreductiongear.
7.Travelslowlywiththemachineandmakesurethere
arenoleaks.

Drainingandrellingoil
1.Parkthemachineonat,horizontalground.
2.Movethemachinesothatplug(1)isinthelowest
possibleposition.
3.Shutdowntheengineandremovethestarterswitch
key.
4.Placeareceptaclewithsuitablecapacityunderneath
thetravelreductiongears.
5.Slowlyloosentheplug(3)andreleaseanyresidual
pressure.Next,removethe3plugs.
6.Allowtheoiltodrain.
NOTE:Checktheconditionofthedrainedoil.Ifit
containsmetallingsorforeignmatter,consultyour
CASECONSTRUCTIONDealer.
7.Installtheplug(1),thenllwithoilthroughtheport(3)
untiltheoilcomesuptothebottomedgeoftheport
(2).Next,installtheplugs(2)and(3).
8.RepeatSteps2to6fortheothertravelreductiongear.
9.Travelslowlywiththemachineandmakesurethere
arenoleaks.
