Thealarmzoneisdifferentforforwardandreverseoper-
ation.
Ifthevehicleisoperatinginaforwardgear,the
approachingboundaryorobstaclewarningoccurs:

Whenthevehicleiswithin5m(16ft)oftheboundary
orobstacle
OR
•
Whenthevehicle,atitscurrentspeed,iswithinthe
alarmlookaheaddistanceoftheboundaryobstacle,
asdenedinthe“AlarmLookAhead”window
Ifthevehicleisoperatinginareversegear,the
approachingboundaryorobstaclewarningoccurs:

Whenthevehicleiswithin10m(33ft)oftheboundary
orobstacle
OR
•
Whenthevehicle,atitscurrentspeed,iswithinthe
alarmlookaheaddistanceoftheboundaryorobstacle,
asdenedinthe“AlarmLookAhead”window

Thealarmlookaheadvalueisspeciedinseconds:the
timeinwhichthevehicle(withitsimplementorheader),
atitscurrentspeed,willclosethedistancebetweenthe
obstacleorboundaryandthevehicle.Thevaluerangeis
from5-15s.Thedefaultvalueis5s.
Increasethevaluewhenworkingathigherspeeds;de-
creasethevaluewhenworkingatslowerspeeds.The
operatorshouldhaveenoughtimetocomfortablyperform
whateveractionsarerequiredtoavoidtheobstacleor
boundaryandcontinueoperatingproductively.
Pressthe“AlarmLookAhead”windowtoaccessthenu-
merickeypad.
Usethekeypadtoenteravaluefrom5-15s.
Pressthe“Enter”buttononthekeypadtosavethevalue.
