Operationwiththehydraulicbreaker
Thehydraulicbreakerisasingle-actinghydraulicattachment,andshallbeconnectedtothebreakerhydrauliccircuit
(1-way).
Therefore,tooperatewithahydraulicbreakerthemachineshallbeequippedwithitsdedicatedbreakerhydraulic
circuit(1-way).
Aftermakingsurereadandunderstandtheinstallation
proceduredescribedintheOperator’smanualofthe
attachmentproceedasfollows:
1.Makesurethatthemachineandtheattachmenttobe
installedareonatandlevelground.
2.Operatethecontrolsofboom,armandbucketinorder
toinstallthehydraulicbreakertothebucketlinkageat
thetopofthearm.
3.Stoptheengine.Releasepressureinsidethebreaker
hydrauliccircuit(1-way)asinstructedin6-12.
4.Closethestopvalvesatthetopofthearm.Install
theconnectinghosesbetweentheattachmentandthe
stopvalves.
NOTICE:makesuretoidentifyonthebreakerthesup-
plyport(INorP)andthereturnporttotank(OUTor
T).Thehoseforbreakersupplyshallalwaysbecon-
nectedtothestopvalveontheleftsideofthearm.If
thesupplyportonthebreakerisnotalignedtothestop
valveontheleftsideofthearm,checkforanalterna-
tivesetupofthehydraulicportsontheattachment.
NOTICE:alwayskeepeachconnectinghoseonthe
samesideofthearm.Nevercross-overtheconnect-
inghosesbetweenthetwosidesofthearm.
5.Openthestopvalvesandcheckthexingclampsfor
looseness,andthetubesandhosesttingsforleaks.
6.Starttheengine.Operatethecontrolsofboom,arm
andbucketinordertopositionthebreakerrighttothe
structureortotheobjecttobecrushed.
Activatethebreakerhydrauliccircuitpressingthebreaker
push-button(1)locatedonthepush-buttonpanel(2)on
theright-handsidecontrolsconsole.
