Description: Set the end of frequency for constant current frequency sweep
mode.
Setting Syntax: CURRent:SWEep:FEND<space><NRf+>[suffix]
Setting Parameters:<NRf+>, 0.01Hz ~ 50kHz, Resolution = 0.01Hz, Unit = Hertz
Setting Example: CURR:SWE:FEND 1000 Set frequency = 1kHz
CURR:SWE:FEND 1kHz Set frequency = 1kHz
CURR:SWE:FEND MAX Set frequency = maximum value.
CURR:SWE:FEND MIN Set frequency = minimum value.
Query Syntax: CURRent:SWEep:FEND?[<space><MAX | MIN>]
Return Parameters:<NR2>, [Unit = Hertz]
