Configures BFD multiple path on specific line card.
multipath include location node-id

multipath include location 0/1/CPU0
One or more line cards must be configured with bfd multipath include.
For example,
bfd
multipath include location 0/1/CPU0
multipath include location 0/2/CPU0
BFD over LSP sessions, both head-end and tail-end, will be hosted on
line cards. BFD over LSP sessions, both head-end and tail-end, will be
distributed to line cards 0/1/CPU0 and 0/2/CPU0 according to internal
selection mechanism.
