Why does my Cisco MCS 7800 show 'Service not available' for CTMS to CUVC calls?
    • M
      Michael GriffinJul 30, 2025
If your Cisco Switch using Cisco TelePresence Interoperability shows a “Service not available” error when CTMS tries to call CUVC, it might be due to an insufficient number of available ports. Check to see if there are sufficient ports. Also, ensure that the number dialed for the CUVC connection is defined to Unified CM as a SIP trunk and is correctly configured.
