No connection

easyMail and
SAILOR 3027
The PC connection to the
SAILOR 3027 is not set up
properly.

set up the PC connection, see

with the SAILOR 3027 on

The units in the
mini-C system do
not appear in the
TMA
(ThraneLINK
Management
Application).
The computer running the
TMA is set up with a fixed IP
address that does not match
the local network with the
mini-C system units.
Enable DHCP on your
computer.
If you need to have a fixed IP
address on your computer,
there must be a DHCP server
in the network, and the IP
address of your computer
must be within the range
provided by the DHCP server.
