The setpoint is used to enable/disable the island operation, i.e. supplying the
load while the mains is disconnected.
Island mode is recognized if the mains breaker is open, e.g. the
feedback input MCB feedback is not active.
Parallel mode is recognized if the mains breaker is closed, e.g. the
feedback input MCB feedback is active.
If the island mode is recognized and island operation is disabled the
controller will open the master generator breaker, and system will be stopped
(i.e. gen-sets will cooldown and stop, GCBs will open). While this situation
persists the controller behavior is following:
The gen-sets may be started in MAN mode but they will not start in
AUT mode due to MGCB not closing.
The MGCB can't be closed.
The message StartBlck is present in the alarm list (see the alarm
output OfL StartBlck).
