Obtain the unit’s MAC address by pressing

Locate the unit closer to the router; Get a Wi-Fi
signal extender; Upgrade Wi-Fi service.
Change encryption method on router. WEP,
WPA, and WPA2 are supported.
Setup network manually by pressing and
> Network > Manual settings.
Firewall preventing

Check the following ports are open on
your router: UDP and TCP ports 80 and
123; DNS port 53.
Windows shares: ports 135 – 139 and 445.
Windows Media Player: varies – non-
Microsoft firewalls may require
configuration for UPnP.
Check that your Internet is working with a
computer connected to the same network.

Can you play the same station from its website
on your computer? If not, the station is probably
down. Otherwise: reboot your router; Perform a
System reboot in the unit’s System settings
menu; Contact the station; Report the station
via the Internet portal (page 32).
