A.1 LPOD Redundancy Operation Overview
Chapter 2. SYSTEM CONNECTORS, INSTALLATION AND STARTUP
The LPOD Outdoor Amplifier / Block Up Converter can configured for 1:1 redundancy by
connecting the appropriate 1:1 Redundancy Cable to the ‘J6 | COM1’ connector (see Chapter 2.
SYSTEM CONNECTORS, INSTALLATION
AND STARTUP).
Once you set up a 1:1 Redundancy System, use the proper serial remote commands or HTTP
Interface page controls to place the units into Redundancy Mode. The system automatically
configures the backup (offline) unit by copying the configuration from the active (online) unit.
