Prodigy System Controls
Your Prodigy system can be controlled through a variety of interfaces.
PTX3 Prodigy Handheld Touchpanel (included with system):
The PTX3 can control Prodigy system functionality from almost
anywhere in an installation. Information on using the PTX3 begins on
page 4.
PTL4 Prodigy 3.6” Wall Mount Touchpanel (optional):
The PTL4 can control an entire Prodigy system from a single
location. Information on using the PTL4 begins on page 36.
Crestron Mobile Pro App™ / XPanel for Mac
®
(optional):
The Crestron Mobile Pro App for Apple
®
iPhone™ and iPod
®
Touch
can control an entire Prodigy system from a remote location using an
iPhone or iPod Touch.
The XPanel for Mac program can control an entire Prodigy system
from a Macintosh
®
computer.
Both applications have a similar interface. Information on using the
Crestron Mobile Pro App / XPanel for Mac begins on page 63.
XPanel (optional):
An XPanel program can control an entire Prodigy system from a
desktop PC. Information on using XPanel begins on page 92.
P-CBD-AD Prodigy Wireless Audio Keypads and
P-CBD-AD-WIRED Prodigy Wired Audio Keypads (optional):
The P-CBD-AD and P-CBD-AD-WIRED keypads are used to listen to
and/control distributed audio in rooms connected to a Prodigy
system. Information on using these keypads begins on pages 120
and 122 respectively.
PT-AMFMXM Radio Tuner (optional):
The Radio Tuner (PT-AMFMXM) provides simultaneous output of
received AM/FM and XM signals to the Prodigy system. Information
on using the PT-AMFMXM begins on page 124.
PAMP-4X100 Processor Amplifier (optional):
The PAMP-4X100 is used to distribute audio to rooms in a Prodigy
system. Information on using the PAMP-4X100 begins on page 127.
P-DIMEX Prodigy Single Button Wireless Dimmer and P-SWEX
Prodigy Single Button Wireless Switch (optional):
The P-DIMEX and P-SWEX are used to control lighting in rooms that
are controlled by a Prodigy system. Information on using the
P-DIMEX and P-SWEX begins on page 129.
P-LDIMEX Prodigy Wireless Lamp Dimmer and P-LSWEX
Prodigy Wireless Lamp Switch (optional):
The P-LDIMEX and P-LSWEX are used to control devices connected
to the Prodigy system through a plug-in receptacle. Information on
using the P-LDIMEX and P-LSWEX begins on page 131.
P-CBD Prodigy Wireless Keypad (optional):
The P-CBD is used in conjunction with a P-DIMEX or P-SWEX to
provide 3-way lighting control. Information on using the P-CBD
begins on page 133.
