PPPoE (Username / Password)
PPPoE (RFC-2516 PPP over Ethernet)
State of
Connection:
Select Enable to enable the connection or Disable to disable the
connection.
IPMode of
Connection:
Specify a Static or Dynamic IP address.
IP Address: If you have selected Static IP, enter the IP Address provided by
your ISP or network administrator.
Subnet Mask: If you have selected Static IP, enter the subnet mask provided by
your ISP or network administrator.
NAT: Disabling this option will disable the NAT rewall function of
the DWR-961, exposing all connected devices directly to the
Internet. This is an advanced feature and not recommended for
normal use.
Authentication
Method:
Specify if the connection is authenticated with PAP (Password
Authentication Protocol), CHAP (Challenge-Handshake
Authentication Protocol), or MS-CHAP (Microsoft Challenge
Handshake Authentication Protocol). This setting is determined
by your ISP or network administrator.
User Name: The username provided by your ISP for your PPPoE account.
User Password: Password provided by your ISP for your PPPoE account.

Password:
Re-type your password in this eld.
