config address_binding nd_snoop ports
Purpose
This command is used to specify the maximum number of entries which can be learned
with ND snooping.
Syntax config address_binding nd_snoop ports [<portlist> | all] max_entry [<value 1-10> |
no_limit]
Description
This command is used to specify the maximum number of entries which can be learned
with ND snooping.
Parameters ports - Specify the list of ports to set the maximum number of entries which can be
learned.
<portlist> - Enter the list of port used here.
all - Specifies that all the ports will be used.
max_entry - Specify the maximum number of entries.
<value 1-10> - Enter the maximum number of entry value here. This value must be
between 1 and 10.
no_limit - Specify that the maximum number of learned entries is unlimited.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power User-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To set the maximum number of entries those ports 1–3 can learn, up to 10:
DES-3528:admin# config address_binding nd_snoop ports 1-3 max_entry 10
Command: config address_binding nd_snoop ports 1-3 max_entry 10
Success.

config address_binding recover_learning ports
Purpose
Use to recover a port from the stop learning state to the normal state.
Syntax config address_binding recover_learning ports [<portlist> | all]
Description
This command is used to recover the port back to normal state, under which the port will
start learning both illegal and legal MAC addresses again.
Parameters portlist – Specifies the list of ports to recover from stopped learning mode.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power User-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To configure address binding recover learning ports:
DES-3528:admin# config address_binding recover_learning ports 6-7
Command: config address_binding recover_learning ports 6-7
Success.
