Replacing the Battery Pack

REPLACING THE BATTERY PACK
Use the following procedure to change the reader’s bat-
tery:
1. With a narrow metallic object (i.e. a coin) or a screw-
driver, unscrew the battery cover screw.
NOTE: Before proceeding, read "Battery Safety" on
page 47. Datalogic recommends annual replace-
ment of rechargeable battery packs to ensure
maximum performance.
