UNABLE TO ACQUIRE AN A-SCAN MEASUREMENT
Error Message/Indicator: While aempng measurement, the A-scan video is playing, but measurement
acquision is not iniated.
- Verify that the correct measurement mode (Immersion / Contact) and Eye Typehas been selected.
- If performing a Contact measurement, it may be necessary to adjust the Compression
Sensivity (Comp).
- If performing an Immersion measurement, verify that the transducer is properly inserted in the
Prager Shell.
POOR QUALITY B-SCAN VIDEO
Error Message/Indicator: During video acquision the B-Scan image looks grainy, show decreased
contrast between structures and/or display lines radiang from the narrow side
of the image.
- Verify that the probe is connected directly to the computer (no USB extender cord in use).
- Verify that the probe cable is properly connected to the probe and the USB port of the PC.
- Connect the B-Scan to other USB ports on the computer. Test for a rm connecon/seang with the
port.
- Verify that there are no emiers of high-powered electromagnec disturbances nearby (i.e. HF surgical
equipment, MRI machines, etc.)
PATIENT DATA NOT LOADED
Error Message/Indicator: Can not save. No paent loaded.message
With no paent loaded, data will be lostmessage
- Verify that a paent has been selected from the Paent Data screen. Scans/measurements cannot be
saved unless the corresponding paent is select. If the paent does not exist in the database, a new
paent must be created. (Refer to the Paent Screen secon for informaon on creang a new
paent.)
PROBE KEY EXPIRED
Error Message/Indicator: Probe key has expired.message
- The A-Scan USB Interface Module and/or B-Scan probe must be detected by Scanmate applicaon 1
me for every 20-hours of use. If these devices are disconnected for more than 20 hours, the soware
will lock unl the device is connected and detected by the applicaon
- If connecng the device does not reset the Probe Key, try the steps described in USB Connecon Not
Detectedof this troubleshoong table.
NEW PROBE KEY REQUIRED
Error Message/Indicator: Enter the key for the given probe and then press save.message
- Contact DGH Technology Inc. in order to request a new probe key.
