WARRANTY
DGH Technology, Inc. warrants that new devices and the accompanying accessories
(hereinaer called “Equipment”) are to be free from defects in material and workmanship
according to the warranty cercate provided with the equipment at the me of purchase.
Warranes do not apply if the Equipment has not been operated and maintained in accordance
with the operang and maintenance manuals and instrucons or bullens issued in respect
thereof by DGH. The cost of servicing replaceable and expendable items including parts and
labor made in connecon with the roune maintenance services as described in such
Operator’s Manual is not covered under this warranty and is the responsibility of the
purchaser.
DGH reserves the right to make changes in the design and material of Equipment without
incurring any obligaons to incorporate such changes in Equipment already completed on the
eecve date of any such changes.
The warranty provided with the device at the me of purchase is the only warranty of this
product and is expressly in lieu of all other warranes, expressed or implied by law or
otherwise, including any implied warranes of merchantability and of tness for a parcular
purpose. Without regard to the alleged defect, DGH does not, under any circumstances,
assume any responsibility for the loss of me, inconvenience or other consequenal damages,
including but not limited to, loss or damage of personal property, or loss of revenue. DGH has
neither assumed nor authorized any other person (including any distributor authorized to sell
its Equipment) to assume for it any other liability in the connecon with the sale of Equipment .
