4.7.2 SS7 Trunk
On the SS7 Config ‒> SS7 Trunk interface, you can configure SS7 trunks for SS7 calls.
The status of SS7 Trunks can be seen at the Status & Statistics ‒> PSTN Trunk Status
interface.
Parameter
Explanation
Trunk No.
The No. of the SS7 trunk. Generally, one SS7 trunk is for one DPC.
Trunk Name
The trunk name is used to distinguish the trunk from other trunks.
Protocol
SPC types: ITU-T (14 bit), ANSI (24 bit), ITU-CHINA (24 bit)
SPC: Signaling Point Code
Protocol Type
ISUP (ISDN User Part) and TUP (Telephone User Part)
SPC Format
SPC: Signaling Point Code
SPC format includes Hex (Hexadecimal system) and ITU point code
structure (decimal system)
OPC
OPC: Original Point Code
The signaling point code of MTG200, which is generally assigned
by telecom operators.
DPC
DPC: Destination Point Code
The signaling point code of the peer device, which is generally
assigned by telecom operators.
Network
Indicator
Include International Network, International Spare, National
Network and National Spare.
Default value is National Network, which is mainly used in China,
America, and Japan.
Sending SLTM
Whether to send signaling link test message.
Link Set No.
The SS7 link set bundled with the SS7 trunk.
