VERY IMPORTANT
This value has to be set lower than current level that can damage rotor magnets.
M4-13 Maximum Motor Frequency “Fmotmax”
This parameter sets the maximum rotor speed and it correspond to 100% of speed.
After autotuning it is possible to change this parameter if necessary, but a recycle of the key and a Recalculation”
procedure is required.
M4-14 Start Auto-tuning “AutoTune”
Setting this parameter to 1 will cause the autotuning procedure to start.
M4-15 Recalculation after changing one of the adjustments of this menu marked with one star “Recalcul
After changing a parameter in the “auto tuning menu” or in the “motor menu” that is indicated with one star (*) the
recalculation procedure is required.
To perform recalculation, set this parameter to 1 and key power off-on cycled. The internal motor parameters will be
optimized considering the changes in the motor or autotuning menus.
M4-16 Sin/Cos Sensor Delay Angle at 100 Hz “SensDel”
This setting corresponds to the angle delay at 100 Hz of the sine cosine position sensor. As default is set to 3.6° (degrees).
Refer to sensor manufacturer documentation for this information. This value is needed for setting up the sensor delay
compensation algorithm.
M4-17 Auto Tuning Type “ATuneType”
This parameter allows to choose which autotuning type must be performed:
If set to 0 (Standard), only position sensor tuning will be performed, thus the inductance value (M4-11 Motor
phase to phase inductance) and the Back-EMF constant (M4-10 Back-EMF constant (KeV)”) must be input and
they must correspond to the motor ones.
It set to 1 (Full autotuning), the procedure will tune the position sensor and perform the measurements of
inductance and Back-EMF.
VERY IMPORTANT
In both cases the motor must spin totally free of load.
