M3-23T Line Contactor pull-in level ”LCPlInLv”
This set the voltage pull-in level for closing line contactor as a percentage of the battery voltage. The controller will close
the line contactor when capacitor voltage is above the percentage pull-in voltage.
M3-24T Line Contactor pull-in time out ”LCPlInTO”
This parameter sets the time out for closing line contactor. If capacitor voltage does not reach the voltage pull-in level
within the time out a failure is signaled.
M3-25T Drive torque during braking ”DTrq@Brk”
This set is active only in speed mode.
• If set to 0 (no drive torque allowed during braking), the controller won’t apply drive torque during deceleration
speed ramp. In vehicles equipped with mechanical brake, set this to zero to avoid speed control to fight against
mechanical brake during braking.
• If set to 1 (drive torque allowed during braking), the controller can apply drive torque if necessary to follow the
deceleration speed ramps (neutral, inversion and foot brake). This option is suggested for vehicle without
mechanical brakes and with electromagnetic brake.
M3-26T Line Contactor Coil pull-in voltage ”LCPlInVl”
It sets the line contactor coil pull in voltage applied for 1s for closing line contactor. It is expressed as percentage of the
“M8-2 Nominal battery voltage “NomBatV”” in the BDI menu.
Example:
“M8-2 Nominal battery voltage “NomBatV”” is set to 48V and the desired line contactor coil pull in voltage is 36V for 1s.
The percentage to be set in “M3-26T Line Contactor Coil pull-in voltage ”LCPlInVl”” has to be: 100%*36V / 48V =75%.
If it set to 100% the full battery voltage will be applied for 1 s.
M3-27T Line Contactor Coil holding voltage ”LCHoldVl”
It sets the line contactor coil holding voltage applied when the line contactor is closed and 1 s of time is elapsed. It is
expressed as percentage of the “M8-2 Nominal battery voltage “NomBatV”” in the BDI menu.
Example:
“M8-2 Nominal battery voltage “NomBatV”” is set to 48V and the desired line contactor coil holding voltage is 24V.
The percentage to set in the “M3-27T Line Contactor Coil holding voltage ”LCHoldVl”” has to be 100%*24V / 48V = 50%.
If it set to 100% the full battery voltage will be applied.
M3-28T Digital Output 2 pull-in voltage ”Do2PlInV”
It sets the Digital Output 2 pull in voltage applied for 1s. It is expressed as percentage of the “M8-2 Nominal battery
voltage “NomBatV”” in the BDI menu.
If it set to 100% the full battery voltage will be applied.
M3-29T Digital Output 2 hold voltage ”Do2HoldV”
It sets the Digital Output 2 holding voltage applied when the line contactor is closed and 1 s of time is elapsed. It is
expressed as percentage of the “M8-2 Nominal battery voltage “NomBatV”” in the BDI menu.
If it set to 100% the full battery voltage will be applied.
M3-30T Digital Output 3 pull-in voltage ”Do3PlInV”
It sets the Digital Output 3 pull in voltage applied for 1s. It is expressed as percentage of the “M8-2 Nominal battery
voltage “NomBatV”” in the BDI menu.
If it set to 100% the full battery voltage will be applied.
M3-31T Digital Output 3 hold voltage ”Do3HoldV”
It sets the Digital Output 3 holding voltage applied when the line contactor is closed and 1 s of time is elapsed. It is
expressed as percentage of the “M8-2 Nominal battery voltage “NomBatV”” in the BDI menu.
If it set to 100% the full battery voltage will be applied.
