TEST ACTION APPLICABILITY
3 Disconnect the Body Control Module C2 connector.
Disconnect the Passenger Door Latch Motor connector.
Measure the resistance between ground and the Passenger Door Unlatch Return
circuit.
Is the resistance below 1000.0 ohms?
All
Yes → Repair the Passenger Door Unlatch Return wire for a short to
ground.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No → Replace the Door Latch Motor.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
4 Disconnect the Body Control Module C2 connector.
Disconnect the Driver Door Latch Motor connector.
Measure the resistance between ground and the Driver Door Unlatch Return circuit.
Is the resistance below 1000.0 ohms?
All
Yes → Repair the Driver Door Unlatch Return wire for ashort to ground.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No → Replace the Door Latch Motor.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
