ONE HEADLAMP WASHER
NOZZLE WILL NOT FLOW
WASHER FLUID.
1. HEADLAMP WASHER
HOSE NOT FLOWING

1. REPAIR OR REPLACE THE HEADLAMP
WASHER HOSE.
2. PLUGGED HEADLAMP
WASHER NOZZLE.
2. REPLACE HEADLAMP WASHER NOZZLE.
HEADLAMP WASHER HOSES /
TUBES - EXPORT
REMOVAL
NOTE: This procedure covers the removal of the
main, left, and right headlamp washer hoses. Only
perform the steps necessary to remove the appro-
priate hose.
(1) Remove the front bumper reinforcement (Refer
to 13 - FRAME & BUMPERS/BUMPERS/FRONT
BUMPER REINFORCEMENT - REMOVAL).
(2) Release the retaining clamps and remove the
headlamp washer hose (Fig. 9).
INSTALLATION
NOTE: This procedure covers the installation of the
main, left, and right headlamp washer hoses. Only
perform the steps necessary to install the appropri-
ate hose.
(1) Position the headlamp washer hose and install
the retaining clamps.
(2) Install the front bumper reinforcement (Refer
to 13 - FRAME & BUMPERS/BUMPERS/FRONT
BUMPER REINFORCEMENT - INSTALLATION).
(3) Operate the headlamp washers and inspect for
leaks. Repair as necessary.

REMOVAL - NOZZLE
NOTE: Right side is shown. Left side is similar.
(1) Disconnect the negative battery cable.
(2) Remove the front bumper reinforcement (Refer
to 13 - FRAME & BUMPERS/BUMPERS/FRONT
BUMPER REINFORCEMENT - REMOVAL).
(3) Release the clamp and disconnect the hose
from the nozzle (Fig. 10).
(4) Remove the 3 bolts and remove the washer
nozzle (Fig. 10).
REMOVAL - NOZZLE COVER
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the front fascia
when removing the headlamp washer nozzle cover.
(1) Grasp the headlamp washer nozzle cover and
extend the nozzle out of the fascia.
(2) Disconnect the cover from the nozzle.
