3. Machine Anchoring Operation
5) Moving the machine back to the installation position
① Move the machine back to the required position.
② Make sure that the ends of 4 of the 6 leveling bolts (exclude the 2 bolts in the middle)
protrude by about 25mm and put down the leveling block.
▪ Make sure that one of the three
straight faces of the leveling block is parallel to the
machine.
③ Place the machine on the leveling block and adjust it to the correct position.
▪ If necessary, remove the dust thoroughly using a brush.
▪ Make sure that the height from the factory floor to the machine’s bottom is 70mm.
▪
Adjust the distance from the anchor
hole to the machine surface to about 50mm on
both sides.
