6) Setting up
the chemical anchor
① Prepare the items required to set up the chemical anchor.
▪ Full Thread Clamp Bolt (HIT-C M20ⅹ320) with one end cut by 45°
▪ Chemical Anchor
▪ Manual Dispenser for Chemical Anchor
② Inject chemical into the clean hole.
▪ Equip the chemical manual dispenser with the chemical anchor, discard the first
2cc of
anchor to come out of the dispenser, and then fill the hole to about half its capacity.
③ Drive the clamp bolt’s end cut by 45° into the hole, half of which is filled with the
chemical, and keep rotating it in clockwise direction while pressing down until it
touches the floor and stops rotating.
☞ When a small amount of chemical overflows, it can be assumed that the overall
amount of the chemical is correct.
