6. Machine Accuracy Measurement and Adjustment
※ Note) Spindle Housing Vertical Adjustment(12,000rpm spindle)
(1) By referring to “Spindle centerline and Y-axis movement squareness”
above, measure the exact squareness to calculate the amount of
polishing on the liner.
▪ Since the outer diameter of the spindle housing is 250mm, multiply the
squareness measurement by 0.8.
(2) Lower the spindle housing by about 30mm∼35mm.
① Disassemble and take out the Spindle Head Cover, loosen the two
hoses that supply the spindle cooling oil, plug the ends of the hoses
to prevent oil flow, and then loosen the Connect.
② Remove the two 4mm vinyl tubes from the left side of the spindle head.
③ Loosen the Fitting Cover Fixing Bolts (4-BB6ⅹ12) in front of the
spindle head, and remove the air tube on the far right from inside.
