6. Machine Accuracy Measurement and Adjustment
(4) Turn the B-axis to B90. and measure the parallelism of the erected table
with the Y-axis by moving the Y-axis with the indicator placed against the
erected table top. In the event of an irregularity, set up two indicators as
shown above, adjust the accuracy by using the adjust block with the
fixing bolts loosened as shown above, and then tighten all the fixing bolts
as firmly as possible.
(5) Once again, check the B-axis by measuring the table top and Y-axis
parallelism at B0. and B90.
If the hook wrench was not
prepared, use a bolt and rod.
