It provides 2 daemons for LAN side IPv6 address configuration. One is SLAAC(stateless) and
the other is DHCPv6 (Stateful) server.
Available settings are explained as follows:
Item Description
Enable IPv6 Check the box to enable the configuration of LAN 1 IPv6
Setup.
WAN Primary Interface Use the drop down list to specify a WAN interface for IPv6.
Static IPv6 Address
configuration
IPv6 Address –Type static IPv6 address for LAN.
Prefix Length – Type the fixed value for prefix length.
Add – Click it to add a new entry.
Delete – Click it to remove an existed entry.
Unique Local Address
(ULA) configuration
Such feature is used for the host without assigned IPv6
address to obtain IPv6 address automatically or have an IPv6
address specified manually via ULA configuration. It is
convenient for communication among different subnets.
